BBQ Ribs


Ingredients:


1 Rack of Ribs

 1 cup BBQ Seasoning

1/3 cup Mustard


Instructions:


1. Heat grill/smoker to 300°F and add Smoker Box with woodchips.

2. Peal membrane off and Pat dry. Baste the entire rack of ribs in mustard and then season ribs with rub.

3. Place the ribs on the smoker and cook for 2 to 4 hrs. Once Ribs reach an internal temp of 165° or desired wellness remove and let rest for 35 to 45 minutes. Slice up and Enjoy!



BBQ Chicken Thighs 


Ingredients:

6 to 8 Chicken thighs

1 cup BBQ Seasoning

1 cup BBQ Sauce


Instructions:

1. Heat grill/smoker to 350°F and add Smoker Box with woodchips.

2. Pat chicken dry and then season chicken with rub.

3. Place the chicken on the grill/smoker and cook for 20 minutes. Baste the chicken with BBQ Sauce and flip. Baste the other side with BBQ Box and let the chicken cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Once the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165° remove and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes minutes.

4. Enjoy!



Burgers


Ingredients: 

1 to 2 lbs of burger

1/2 cup seasoning

1 stick garlic herb butter

1 onion

1 green pepper


Optional Ingredients:

cheese

lettuce

tomato

Ketchup

Mustard


Instructions for burgers:

1. Heat grill/smoker to 350°F and add Smoker Box with woodchips.

2.  Chop your onion and pepper up into slices. Add the butter and wrap in tin foil and place on the grill/smoker for 15 minutes prior to adding burgers.

3. Add seasoning to the burger in a bowl and mix. Then make 1/3 to half-pound burgers.

4. Add the burgers to the grill/smoker and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and flip. Add cheese if desired and allow the burgers to cook another 3 to 5 minutes. Once the burgers reach the desired temperature remove them from the grill. Let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Prepare your burger the way you would like. We added the green papers this month for a little twist.
